Our Mother's Group Intimate Zoom sessions include a 30 minute presentation and open forum with one of our lovely certified Baby Sleep Consultants. During the session, your sleep consultant will provide a bespoke presentation tailored to the age of your children. Following the presentation, you will have ample time allocated for Q&A.
Mother's Group Intimate Zoom Session $400 + GST
This presentation will include;
· The science behind sleep
· How to build healthy sleep foundations
· Age appropriate awake windows and nap lengths
· Tips on how to read your child's tired signs
· Gentle and responsive settling techniques
· How to handle night wakings
· The impact of nutrition on sleep, including guidance around breast/bottle feeding and the introduction of solids
· Teething and it's effect on sleep
· Evidence based strategies on handling developmental leaps and sleep regressions
Following this comprehensive presentation, you will have the opportunity to engage in a Q&A session with your Sleep Consultant and receive advice that is tailored and specific to your child.
