I really didn’t understand this support. Every time I flagged a concern I was told it was developmentally normal (eg waking every two hours at 5 months and only sleeping 40 mins during the day). There was no intro or outro email or call or convo. I have no idea when my support started/ finished. We exchanged a number of messages which did nothing to help me. She referred to 3,6,9 which meant nothing to me.
I don’t know what I paid for. I would not recommend.
