For all product enquiries please fill out the below form and we will get onto it lickaty split! Please also note we will require a video of the issue emailed to the team directly if any faults occur during transit. We do our best in packaging your beautiful order however, sometimes when left to courier companies, they may take a bumpier road then normal. Please also remember we have a 6 month warranty period. If you have purchased within 30 days and have not opened or used the product (plugging into the wall is considered used due potential electrical circuit issues) we are happy to exchange the goods.
