Returns & Refund Policy & FAQ

Baby Sleep School takes great pride in their reputation for quality products & outstanding customer service, and we provide the legally required warranty against defects and faults as follows:
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.  You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.  You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality within the warranty period. Where permitted by law, all other rights are excluded.
In order to make a claim, you must return the Product: 

  • In accordance with the protocol in the sections outlined below.
  • accompanied by a valid proof of purchase from our direct site.

What is the Warranty Period?

Baby Sleep School has a 6 month warranty period. Any faults/issues that arise beyond this point are considered  general wear & tear & the customer will not receive a replacement or reimbursement.

How do I return?

  • Visit our returns page
  • Enter your details & your order details
  • This will send an email straight to us (Baby Sleep School) & we will be in touch as soon as possible.

What items are returnable? 

  • Within 30 days from the date of receival
  • In unused and resellable condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags & instructions intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Note: If the products are damaged upon arrival, we (Baby Sleep School) are allowed to make a deduction from the refund for loss of value of goods supplied, if this damage is a result of unnecessary handling by you (the customer)

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted items (if applicable)
  • Guides
  • Consults
  • Products due to change of mind
  • Anything past 30 days of receipt
  • Items without a valid proof of purchase

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty/damaged, reach out to us via our returns page within 7 days of the delivered date.

Can the items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. The customer will be required to pay for the cost of returning the original item. Once the exchange request is approved, and the original item is assessed, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund to store credit (if applicable)

How do I ship back the items?

Any items being returned are done so by you (at your expense) and be delivered to Baby Sleep School. Contact for address details.

Baby Sleep School will reimburse any reasonable shipping charges for return of faulty items, proof of purchase will be required.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
