I found the guidebook be helpful in the areas of routine suggestions and wake times however, as a whole, there was too much information thrown at me. As a tired mother of 3- I purchased for sleep help (obviously) and found that some of the guide to settling had way too many variations. It was hard to narrow down how to do what and when. It left me feeling a confused on what to do. I think a more concise guide broken down into smaller chuck woukd be easier for parents to follow and APPLY.
