I purchased 2 sleepy lights with diffusers.
For a product that is meant to be from a sleep school it’s not great for sleep training.
You can’t use the diffuser without the devise glowing which kind of contradicts blacking out the room. The white noise doesn’t go high enough either. I was pretty disappointed and expected more from a product that was created by “sleep experts”.
