Patience and consistency and it will happen. Our biggest tip is awake times. Age appropriate awake times for your baby is sooo important. We need to catch them during that window so they have enough sleep debt accumulated but also are not overtired. Once you can get their awake times perfected, the settling between cycles becomes less and then one day BANG! They link one cycle. And then maybe a few days later they link 2 cycles!! It’s the best feeling in the world 🙌🙌.
