Love this sleep training guide! My little one is 6 weeks old and having something to go by has put my mind more at ease, knowing I’m building the right sleep habits and foundations. I do feel as though some more explanation is needed for some parts of the guide or it to be made easier to contact someone with questions without having to pay extra on top of the guide.

Getting on top of sleep!

Ever since buying the newborn guide, Luna’s quality of sleep has increased dramatically. I have enjoyed prolonged sleep blocks throughout the night giving this tired Mumma time to recoup. I can’t wait to see how Luna is with self settling and resettling once we hit 4 months of age with the time we are putting in for preparation while she’s still young.

Totally recommend the newborn guide to help build the foundation of a great sleeper.

Essential Help for Parents

Second time Mum and needed a refresher on setting up a good foundation for bubs sleep. This guide is so comprehensive, simple, well presented and offers more than just baby sleep help but also help for parents too. Since following Sleep School and The Midwife Mumma I've picked up so much has helped both kiddies AND Mumma's mental health!! Massive thanks to the Sleep School women for their dedication.

“With knowledge there is power”. This can’t be more true with your sleep program! I was googling sleep info and constantly getting overwhelmed with all the information out there. I like the relaxed approach and my bubba has been able to self settle her naps and night time sleeps! We are working on resettles but they are getting better.
I also love their Instagram as it gives me real life examples as well!
Thanks ladies!

0-3mnth guide

I had been following along on Instagram since babies birth, but it wasn't until we had a bad day of non-sleep followed by a rough night at 5wks old that I decided to buy the 0-3mnth guide. We already had a great routine in action so u wasn't feeling completely lost, however the settling techniques guide and reading up about the science of sleep is what has benefited us the most. We now have the confidence in what we are implementing and know what we are doing is the right thing for our family.. last night she slept 630pm-7am with 1 feed at 330am so we know she agrees!! At 8 weeks of age we are on track to healthy sleeping and a happy bub... thankyou x
