Newborn sleep pack

My daughter isn't responding to sef settling. She only sleeps in my arms. When I play white noise she just stays awake- way past her awake time and then starts to cry once she's overtired. Once she starts to cry she refuses the dummy and then gets hysterical. It's been very hard to follow the program because she jist doesn't sleep on her own.


This is the best money I have spent. It gives you a clear indication of awake times and what a good day can look like. Of course al babies are different in how they work but it gives peace of mind of what to expect. I have also purchased the 3-12 month guide too and already helpful!

A great calm approach

I love how flexible & relaxed this program is.

Slowly but surely

This has been great to get my 6wo into a routine.
We have been loosely following this guide for the past 3 weeks and I am slowly getting her into a good routine. Nights are starting to be predictable which is manageable, and I am implementing this guideline more and more which is working, slowly, but it is helping!


I purchased the 0-3 month Newborn Guidelines when my little girl was about 5 weeks old. She’s my first baby and I didn’t know anything about how long a newborn should be awake for, how to gently settle her without having a negative impact on attachment at such a young age or the importance of a positive sleeping environment. Since implementing the principles of these guidelines we’ve established good sleep habits, she self settles most of the time without any distress and she’s much happier when we’re having play time!
I know that we’ve got a long journey ahead of us but this guideline has made me feel so positive about the prospect of happy sleep in our little girls future :-*
