Thank you

I originally purchased the 4-12 month guide when my first bub was 4 months old, (she is now 2) a serial catnapper and multiple wakes and long wake periods during the night. Since implementing the guide she literally has slept 11-13 hrs every.single.night! with the exception of maybe 4/5 nights, always goes down no issues (although starting to test this but hey what’s another story before bed!) and nails day naps too.
My newborn is 3 weeks and so far so good! I purchased and read the guide before she was born. I never would have thought I could put a newborn in the bassinet awake and she would nod off by herself! I am actually loving the newborn stage, and able to spend quality time with my toddler too. Cross fingers we are implementing some good steps for the weeks and months to come!
It has been wonderful following Amelia and Coco with my bub only 2 days younger, so a big thank you Amelia, no easy feat with a newborn plus 2 children xx

0-3month guide

Hi, I must admit, I haven’t had a chance to finish reading it. Would be amazing if it was made into an audio book!
My husbands been using a chrome plug in to listen to it but it’s a bit weird and computer voice.
Will try to sit down and read it soon!

Thank you!

I had such fear and anxiety surrounding sleep with my second baby, as my first bub was truly horrible. Our experience at a sleep training centre even more so! I dreaded the inevitable tears we’d both have surrounding trying to settle and sleep, but so far none! I feel more confident and calm with this guide. I love that I can demand feed, cuddle her, be responsive to my baby and it’s a gentle approach to sleep and settling newborns. After reading through it thoroughly I realised I had put her into love to dream swaddles far too early, retried swaddling with a large muslin wrap and she slept 8 hrs over night in her bassinet no wakes for feeds and when she did stir at 5:30 I fed her and resettled. She resettled with such ease I was truly amazed. This is drastically unlike our previous weeks of sleep. At night she had been hard to settle to sleep, waking more and more often and hard to resettle after a feed every time. Couldn’t put her down anywhere, I joked she was allergic to her bassinet! Not sure what will be in store for today or tonight, but I feel like I have the tools and tips to do the best I can. Immediate after purchasing the guide I began paying attention to awake times. The difference in settling when she was tired vs overtired was seen immediately. She was out so calmly and easily I was again amazed. I was definitely letting her get to overtired without realising and struggling to get her to sleep, and keep her asleep she was so restless. Thank you and I look forward to purchasing the next guides. X

Program made for real life!

After using another (very rigid) program for my older daughter some years back I find this one super practical and flexible. It allows us to be more accommodating and relaxed with our approach to sleep training! I've already recommended to my mothers group and friends.
