0-3mnth guide

I had been following along on Instagram since babies birth, but it wasn't until we had a bad day of non-sleep followed by a rough night at 5wks old that I decided to buy the 0-3mnth guide. We already had a great routine in action so u wasn't feeling completely lost, however the settling techniques guide and reading up about the science of sleep is what has benefited us the most. We now have the confidence in what we are implementing and know what we are doing is the right thing for our family.. last night she slept 630pm-7am with 1 feed at 330am so we know she agrees!! At 8 weeks of age we are on track to healthy sleeping and a happy bub... thankyou x

The most beautiful guide!

Hey guys! Just wanted to send forward my review! I already have purchased your shoosher but you guys need to know this! So it’s been a month and a bit of using your course and mind you I have used quite a few lmao in desperation I have paid up to $700 for sleep guides well hands down yours is the BEST!

Before sleep school guide - babe was never asleep in her cot, during the day it was an absolute battle to put her to sleep she would only sleep in my arms and no where else as a mumma with post partum depression and anxiety I felt so isolated and alone I became obsessed with my babies sleep this only made things so hard for me and baby to bond as I was so frustrated and hard on myself for baby not sleeping I kept feeling like it’s my fault there’s something wrong with me as a new mum. Because the previous guides I had brought were really strict and I felt like me and my babe were just never going to get sleep if we were strict on everything as their guides told us to be.

After baby sleep school guide.
My baby is now sleeping 50 min naps in her cot with the shush pat method during the day and having 3 times in the day with white noise and going to sleep at 8pm which is bloody amazing as she used to have a bed time of midnight after trying to get her to sleep for 5 hours!!!

Babe now has been sleeping through the night for the past 2 weeks 8pm - 7am CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS!!!

And me and babe are going out more we went to out first coffee date the other day and babe fell asleep in the pram with white noise and shush on. I love the every second day rule it gave me the feeling like yes I do have the right to leave the house and not feel guilty or stressed about babes sleep I got to feel human, apart of society again.

I can’t express to you guys enough, it wasn’t just my babies sleep you guys supported with the guide - I finally feel like even though we have our days where we struggle we can do it I feel more like a mother who can support My baby and feel human, family and friends have even commented how much more relaxed I am about my babies sleep - my partner became so alone in the process because that’s all I wanted to speak about was her sleep but now I’m not obsessing over omg she’s had a cat nap this is a tragedy and I’m actually laughing again and returning to myself - so thank you guys so much for giving me the tools to feel human and strong whilst guiding me to support my baby in her needs to be happy to go to sleep - really thank you.

Ps sorry for the massive message that’s a big one - but I needed to let you guys know how much of an impact it has made on not just on my babies sleep but my journey in being a new mum. Thank you guys 🥰🥰🥰

Life saving!

I thought I was doing everything right, then I read the guide and I was so not hahah! I’d put my baby in his bassinet to self settle and the first sound I’d think he wanted me but he never did! He is the best sleeper, falls asleep on his own and sleeps hours all the time! It’s changed my life and I have so much time to continue spending much needed mummy and daughter time with my nearly 4 year old who was feeling very left out at first!

Such a wealth of knowledge and information 🙌🏻

So much helpful information in this guide. Just the age appropriate awake times alone saved my sanity. The different settling techniques are great too. This information just isn’t available to you (especially first time mums) from Health Nurses or Midwives. I tell all my friends about it!!! Worth its weight in gold 💛
