Thank you so much for this amazing program. Bubs was waking during the night sometimes every 20 mins and it was absolutely exhausting. After using your program bubs now sleeps after his last feed for atleast 6 hours! And I even get a sleep in some mornings 😂

I can’t recommend this enough. As a first time mama these guides have helped save my sanity and sleep! I started a gentle approach when my daughter was 4 weeks and since then she has been able to settle herself to sleep ( she is now 12 weeks ) however, we are still working on her linking her sleep cycles during the day. I particularly love how Amelia and Marissa encourage to get out and about and to take time out if need be- showing their concern for mental health and well-being. The gentle approach and focusing on awake times have made this mama a lot more relaxed and stress free. I love these guides that much that I have also purchased the 3-12 month guides too!
The sense of community is also a wonderful support as it’s reassuring to know I’m not alone.

Hi Amelia and Marissa, i so love your program. I followed it loosely since my bub was 2 weeks old and fron waking 4x a night it became 3.. 2.. and now once! He now sleeps so well, im so proud! They say a well fed and well rested baby is a happy baby and he definitely is such a happy and chatty baby! He has hos bath ans feed at 6 and by 7pm he is gone to dreamland. I also love the Facebook group and most of all the IG Q and A. Thank you so mucb!!
I am so thankful for the sleep guide it’s so easy and simple to follow. I only got it to understand awake times better! Now we follow the night routine, awake times, change, feed, play and love the every second day saying.
My baby was so over tired before getting this program, we never had effective awake time and I was feeling so upset and felt that I wasn’t getting the most out of her awake time. Flash forward 3 weeks and my baby thrives in her awake times smiling and trying to find her voice. My 8wk old baby even puts herself to sleep (most of the time)...

I heard about Baby Sleep School by listening to Postpartum, Life After Birth and I was immediately interested in teaching my little one self settling techniques and I really appreciated that your school is pro dummy (as so many are not). I knew that sleeping well would be essential for my family as I went back to work after 4 months and we have a five year old who needs to be carted around to school and various activities. Your program was amazing and my little one learned self settling techniques very quickly following implementation and he has slept well ever since - both for day sleeps and at night. I cannot recommend this program enough, it is fantastic!
