Amazing!

As a first time mum, and someone who is anxious, I wanted to make sure I was doing the best thing for my baby. I loved having a guide to follow for sleep and awake times to give me a routine to follow to best help her and I on this new journey! I have since purchased the 3-12 month program to begin reading about the next stage. Thank you so much for making such an amazing resource for parents!

Awake times!!

Our beautiful Mary just hit 8 weeks old and even though we havnt been “self settling” yet, since reading about your awake times (which we had no idea about) and implementing this she has been sleeping 6-7 hours at night time!! Going from waking up every 2 hours to feed to this is game changing. Will be purchasing every phase through you guys!!!

Newborn &3-12 month guideline

Hello ladies,
I’ve purchased both guides and have been following since bub was about 7 weeks old.
Thanks to your knowledge she has been an amazing sleeper with only a few wake ups during the night.
The 4 month regression hit us hard and I thought she was broken but I asked plenty of questions through your Instagram q&a, re- read the guide and was super consistent which gave me hope through those tough times.
I did contemplate giving up the dummy plenty of times however, it was such an easy tool for me to use to re-settle her.
She now has a small comforter that I offer first before the dummy which in return is a lot easier to find during the night then the dummy and we have had two nights in a row where she has slept from 7 -7.
So thank you again for all of your help! And I hope this review helps any other mums out there who are on the fence as to whether or not to buy the guide.

Amazing support and information for a first time mum

As a midwife I was so focused on nailing the feeding of my new bubba but knew nothing of awake times, tired cues and different setteling techniques.
